Damaged Books or Wrong Items

In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, or if the incorrect item is delivered, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving your order to us. The cost of the item will be refunded along with the cost of postage to you and the cost of return postage.
